Please Helf For Rishodi Pindlebot

Please Help Me
i try rishodi pindlebot but when he start the game my pala don't move and the bot exit the game and start new one over and over i am in act 5 i have the red portal and i have turned off the chicken life but my pala don't move and in a few second the bot close and start again :-((( thx for any help
