Playing Sc online

I d/led a starcraft broodwar game recently and I can open it and everything I was just wondering if it was possible to play online i.e. battle.net because it never lets me.

P.S. I also have a valid cd key for brood war.

any help would be appreciated!!

btw I did buy starcraft battlechest thats how i got the cd-key

the problem is that my cd is broken and I really want to play good old starcraft on b.net with friends again. (Computer is too easy)

I have tried to get online many times yes I was wondering if anyone knew a way to bypass the check or enter your cdkey into the data. Do you know how?

To enter a new CD key you have to reinstall the game. If you have a friend that has the game, perhaps you could get that burned. I have two of my own copies of Starcraft and two CD keys though, I'm covered if my CD breaks.
