Pindlebot Problems

I followed the instructions for The ipb Pindlebot, but I don't understand the Sequence thing -- and the F1, F2 etc keys. How do I assign a particular Skill to the key..

b/c my pindlebot enters into the game, goes to pindle and just Teleports around, not doing anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
