Pindlebot ERRORS PLZ HELP

I've done everything the read me says but when i start pindlebot it says it's sleeping or doesnt even want to join any game.
Can anyone give me a step by step instruction on how to fix this problem?

i got prob too

when i try to open d2jsp character config it says

System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be found.

anyone got any ideas?
