There IS a search on this forum, it's in the bottom right of the page. You can get pickit from any D2 hacking site:

Dunno if pickit is detectible, I don't think so. But I know Maphack is.

when u are trading, your items change with a ugly item in your inventory and then it click "ok" to finalize the trade.

it seems not working.

Oh, you mean Trade****er. I tried it too, no luck . I really wanted the one that does the same but without making the check go red, buts it's an underground hack i think.
