Pickit detection

can blizzard detect pickit? and if so will an anti-detection program prevent its detection?

I heard pickit can be detected, and i dont really know if anti-detenction can prevent that

its not a hack really just a thing that moves ur mouse to the item picks it up and then moves ur mouse back really fast, the only hack thing about it is the packet detection of an item code dropping
