Pickit and pindle

I've talked to some other ppl and they say they have the same problem; they use a bot to mf and when an item drops, the bot doesn't pick it up. I've seen unique ammys and such drop and my bot didn't pick them up. Then i used zyrks pickit configurer, because i thought that my pickit.ini was screwed up. But my sorc still doesn't pick up the items. Can someone PLZ help me. Greatly appreciated.

if ur using JSP you dont use pickit, u use snagit

how do u add snagit and tell it to run it instead of pickit?
