Phunmod problem... again...

I have a common problem. Everybody know the sollution by nobody want to share... I've copied everything, made shortcut... everything like in readme.txt... I launch the game, select character and this message comes out: unhandled exeption acces_violation (c000000005) or something like that. I've tried on 1.09 and 1.10. Help! Maybe some program that can pack this mod into patch_d2.mpq would work...

<lol>... najorT my ass. Is there any game editor for Diablo2? phunmod has the features I'm looking for but it crashes, so maybe i could edit the game or made a mod myself? Anybody know anything?
