can anyone plz tell me a good site that allows phpbb forums otherwise known as a free webhost that has a mysql database and allows php scripting and it is preferable that it is fast (so not lycos) and needs ftp and i would like at least 400 mb of space if someone can find plz reply thx

I don't find them to be "reliable"...but you aren't going to find anyone else to give you 400mb for free

They really are not reliable. If you check their news, accounts deleted server crashes all that stuff.

its not that im not willing to pay its that i have no means by which to pay since im only 13 and i know there are free services with my requests

www.50free.com best free host I found no where near 400 mb...

Has vertually no bandwidth so I use it for testing things.
