You have already made another thread concerning this, you could have edited your posts too include this link.

OT: It is a waste of time, get over it. Blizzard will never just randomly notice your petition, and if you send it to them, they will laugh. The company is built to make money, not to please customers. Though they usually do both. Just hold your horses and wait for Starcraft 2.. possibly around 2008 =/.
