anyone have any clues to how to make a perfect hoto or very close to a perfect hoto? like at least 38 hoto

put ko vex pul thul in a 4os flail; you will get hoto! its 100% random though... 30-40... the 2 that i have made have been 38 and 37

They best way to get a perfect hoto is to a. send Cappy $20 b. get the correct runes and item you will socket the runes in. c. cross your fingers, say a prayer. d. put runes in the item you wanted socketed. e. cross your fingers, say a prayer before you look at the random percent that comes from gambling random percents off hoto. f. Send Cappy another $20 for telling you what to do.

but mine is godly! 8ed... i do 1-25 instead of 1-24; gg...

Hotos are basically my way of getting rich..make one..if its crappy sell it for 1 hi and make another..if its good sell for 6-8 ist and make 3 more, etc.
There is no way to tell what resist your hoto will be...you have just as good a chance to make 40 as making 30
