if u need one badly why do u need it perfect you should be looking for the cheapest one you can get and that will help you out the most

Perfection is wanted by battle.net [layers. The fact that it's perfect lets them show off to their friends that they got a perfect one. Atleast that's what I think happens. I just take what I can get, since the %'s or values usually don't make that nmuch of a difference no matter what way you look at it.

Aye, the 'look' of the item is really the only reason someone would pay higher for a 60/20 steelrends, other a 28/19. The chances of anyone actually getting any extra damage out the higher one is slim, considering the game rounds down most of it's figures (some are rounded up, though, I think).

A simple example. Base defence (excluding armor) is based on Dex / 4. This means, that four people who have a dexterity of 176, 177, 178 and 179 all have the same base defence (44). Same applies to those people who have a dexterity count of 8, 9, 10 or 11. They all have a base defence of 2.

Heh, Higher Enhanced Damage = Higher Damage. Your joking ... right? I guess I shouldn't have been trying to read between Blizzard's lines. Who would have thought. At first glance, what you say sounds ridiculously impossible. I got to make note of that...

Of course it's going to increase damage. What I was trying to say, was that the difference between a 19/59 and a 20/60 isn't noticable. Here's something that might help you in the future, for trading. If your wearing a 19/59, and you can't kill baal, do not go and trade for a 20/60. It will not change anything.

On that note, if you find baal is hitting you all the time, and your wearing a 100 shako, do not go and trade for a 141 shako. It will not make a difference.

If you want my advice about whether or not you think upgrading a 120 Arachnid Mesh, to a 138, just ask. I'm always willing to help those in need.
