Patch 1.10?

Im alittle confused, this patch is going to have a new ladder? Does this mean people will have to make new chars ro be in that ladder? If so, can people from the 1.10 ladder play with people from 1.09? How is this going to work, can someone clarify? Thanks in advance

yes, there will b a new ladder for 1.10, and no, ppl cannot play on 2 patches, 1.10 can only play on 1.10, and 1.09 can only play on 1.09, 2 patches will not weave together

every closed character will be 1.10 after the patch comes out. but the non ladder characters will not beable to interact with the ladder chafacters during the duration of the ladder season. to get a ladder character you will have to make a character ( when the new patch comes out) and specify it as a ladder character, the same way you specify a Hardcore character...

um according to normal math, wouldn't the next patch be 1.1, instead of 1.10? or do they want to keep all of the numbers in two digits?

FreelanceWolf 1.1 and 1.10 are the same number; they are just expressed in two different ways

When the patch comes out, all existing characters will be converted to 1.10. After the patch there will be 3 different types of character you can make...normal, ladder and hardcore. Each type of character will only be able to interact with the same type ie. The way hardcore and softcore chars cannot interact atm...ladder and non-ladder will not be able to interact.

the ladder characters have a whole new market again,it will be like starting from scratch, from the very begining, no godly chars to rush u, no instant cows to lv u up. no millions of sojs. and at the endof the ladder season ladder characters can be converted to normal, or so i heard, so that all the time u spent on there making a legit char is not wasted.

yes they will be able to play be new chars, but not ladder chars, think of ladder chars like hardcore ones, they cant interact with the normal ones

btw there will be 4 chars not 3 .. normal , ladder , hc normal , hc ladder...

and no u cant give items from a "normal (means NONE LADDER) char" to a ladder char.

also u wont be able to have a ladder and non ladder char in same game.

(means , when patch comes out, there will be a second economy, the ladder one, which will start with zero items (means no iths , no sojs , no buggeds etc.) and ALL CHARS LVL 1).

I can't wait for the ladder chars to come out wiht patch 1.10. I get to be in a hack free (for now) zone, every one on same level. I also hope they do something about rushes and cows in the ladder. in the open games, its too much, but they might be able to stop the stuff that prevents ppl from working to get high levels and the game completed.
