A great man of sports lore has been killed today.
After the 9/11 attacks, Pat Tillman, a saftey for the Arizona Cardinals was destined to become one of the all time greats at the Saftey position. He was being offered a multi-million dollar contract, instead opted to enter the Army Rangers.
Tillman, who successfully made the Rangers, was killed in gunfire earlier today, by a set of radical Muslims in Afganistan.
I hope that all who read a report or hear it on radio or tv, take a minute to say a prayer to a true hero. Hero is a thrown about word nowadays, but Pat Tillman, to turn down a multi-million dollar contract to enter one of the elite forces of our military, died for his country today.
