One of my better ones was when we put a black cloth over a friend's head and handcuffed him to the radiator and tied his legs together. Most of us went quiet and a friend of mine splashed cold water on him and said he was going to rape him (in a awesomely serious tone of voice). Our friend got scared shitless for a few seconds until he said he knew it had to be a prank.
