Been researching havent found alot of info on how i made my paladin after over hearing a few of them bragging crunching the numbers myself made mine a charge paladin max charge max vigor and might ( synergies ) and 4 points for prereq be done at 64 if you didnt get the skill ups ie radament izzy etc after crunching the numbers and finding out that a 100 damage weapon would do roughly 6k damage in this build i figured using say a very good weapon must be poleaxe or 2hand of somekind that a 600 damage weapon would do over 30k now my question is what happens if i run into a physical immuned kinda screwed been looking around and tossing points into defiance seems like a waste thought about a merc from a3 iono which would be better fire or lighting any idea's or comments?

There aren't tons of physical immunes, very few actually. Certain super-uniques have immune to physical, and I think there are a few hell types that are immune, but other than that they are all fair game.

I would use an act 2 merc, to further better your own character. When you say 64, you haven't put your 20 fantacism or holy shield (if you're using a one-handed weapon).

Havent decided what would be better in terms of pure damage 2hand or 1hand/shield as far as end game is concerned right now at 29 using a holythunder runeword scepter and the ward shield doing 400-1400 damage which act 2 merc would you suggest defiance? or blessed aim? i also found that one of charge's syngeries is same as blessed hammers so figured could max those as well if need be but when i get to 56 will take a closer look i guess from what i'm seeing now i will need the shield for defense/dex/resists holy shield adds defense/block rate to your shield and fantactism i dont really need gonna be playing might as aura gives slightly less about 70% no reason to waste pts in fantactism cept maybe for attack speed but if i'm going 1hand i will prolly max holy shield will come down to which weapon i get first hehe
