Pallets

Ok, I have this problem. I've beaten this game a million times, but I have yet to make a really good pallet, (for those of you who dont know what this is its is the arrangment of your skills) and I would like to hear what some other people have done to thier characters, it doesnt really matter what your chosen character is, Zon, Sorc, etc. I just really need help. Thanks.
