Outrageous gas prices

Well, I've been hearing that gas prices in my area (DC metro area) will be almost three bucks a gallon, for regular! That's just nuts. What are the prices like now in your area.? It's 1.75 for regular here now.

Also, people are throwing out the idea to boycott exxon/mobil. They are the largest gas company, and if they dont get buisness, they will have to lower prices, if they lower prices, their competitors will do so also. I think it's worth a shot. so any of you drivers on battleforums, DONT BUY EXXON/MOBIL!

exxon is the cheapest gas in my neck of the woods so I am still going there. it is 1.55 a gallon here.

I'm finding myself pouring 20+ dollars into gas for my car which as much driving as i have to do it ends up taking quite a bit out of my pay check. Then again most of my driving is the 45 minute to get to my job. But yeah, gas prices are ridiculous.

We're at like 1.69 cheapest unleaded regular crap. Sucks hardcore, good thing my car takes like no gas, I put 10$ in her ever 2 weeks and I'm fine.

No idea in gallons, about $6 a gallon? OMG!

RM1.32/litre here, so US$3.43/litre.

Around here in Philly i'm seeing the price for regular gas ranging from 1.65-1.90$. Sucks indeed.

the only reason there doing that is because we HAVE TO have gas, thats why they can do rediculous prices...
