I have seen alot of gay topics... wether its about for/against gay marriage or why does gay hate homos... I think people hate gays because it isnt what has been programed into the minds of pretty much everyone who is tought about the "birds and the bees"

Much like green means go and red means stop... if it were to be changed people would be outrageous at the difference. Another example is milk and cereal. That is something most kids eat for breakfast and they are tought that milk into a bowl with cereal.

so to see a man with another man it is kind of a shock... and since men being the perverts that we are we enjoy seeing two lesbians together so that has become an ok match up, but we still see man with man as an out of the ordinary match up.....

i was bored anyone want to add? or give thoughts.

Well, thats because seeing two pretty women together is a natural turn-on, though I am sure you could find some who do not like it. The key word there is PRETTY. No one wants to think about Rosie and Hellen licking over each other, thats disgusting.

As for men, its just gross regardless. No one wants to see...yea, you know. Its natural. Heterosexual men do not want to see homosexual men. Whereas, for hetero's man/woman are natural, and two times the fun is nothing worng.

Technically, for the conservative Christian, well all Christians, it should be totaly wrong. It is sacrilegious. But we are all sinners and in our hearts enjoy it, that do be the truth.

The fact of the matter is static, is that it has been taught that two men going at it its wrong. Where as the same never happens for with two women. Everything about the gay argument is seemed to be directed at men. They are almost always refered to as gays, not just gays and lesbians. Now that is just one simple example, but if you look you can see others. Aswell in society we are never taught that two women going at it is wrong, so it doesn't disagree with us.

Also most people just find the idea of two guys going at it disguisting, where as with two chicks they don't do anything a normal heterosexual couple would do.

And i thank who ever created perpressure. but no one really tough me to hate gays, i just did the first time i saw to dudes holding hands together. I almost puked the first time, and my freind who has a weak nurves system and pukes a lot, puked on me, for the second time in 7 months. Shit, why cant i have normal freinds? One is cliptamaniac, another is crazy, then goes puke alot. At least my best freind and my girlfreind are cool.

Well, I think what has been said is obvious.

Things take time to become 'ordinary', especially if they are really out there. Gay relationships is.. well, was out there. When light was first shined on the matter, it got really ugly. Now that time has passed, we see it is becoming acceptable to be gay. I don't really know what stance I take on the matter, but I am not going to say someone can't be with someone else.

I can see why some people are really up in arms about this because of religous reasons, and I don't think that they'll be changing views anytime soon, but those who are learning more about it and seeing how it is a growing thing are inevitably going to accept it.

yes, gayness has gotten more mainstream, what with queer guy for the straight guy and such, but not with kids. all through 6th grade i was called gay, and i wasnt. even now, people say stuff is gay when they mean bad, and making gay jokes and calling people gay, im not the target anymore anymore and god knows im not targeting anyon else, but most people dont say much about it exept kids and old religious types. i think its only a matter of time before the gay people get tired of thier rights being stepped on and riot. maybe on st patricks day or something they will

I thing that would be a dangerous day to riot for them. For I would put my money on a drunk Irishman over a gay man anyday. I'm not saying a gay person is inherently weak, I'm saying don't piss of the Irish especially when they've been drinking. Besides they are outnumbered, so they would be likely subdued quickly. Besides that their community as a whole would suffer a massive backlash to a large scale riot of that sort.

People of the United States are mainly closed minded. I'm not saying everyone in the country is against gay marriages and gay people walking along the streets together. I live next to a gay couple. They are actually really cool. They have a kid and stuff, and the kid is normal. He plays football, and basketball, and lacrosse. He isnt dressing in pink or "gay clothes" he hangs out with other normal kids. I see no problems with gays getting married or having kids. The are people too, and just because they choose to elope with the same sex, shouldnt revoke the rights they get under the constitution and laws of the US. I think Bush is taking the Constitution to literally when it comes to this topic, and no matter what he does, he is caught between a rock and a hard place, because if he does support an amendment to the constitution you will have all the liberals, and leftists that support gay rights all over Washington in minutes and if he doesn't amend it, he will have all the Back water red necks out and about with their shotguns and white hoods.
It will be the newest movement of the US no matter what happens, so he should probably just crawl into a hole on the topic and wait til he loses the election and let the new president commit political suicide.
I'm not saying Bush is a weak president either, I dont like him, but i respect how he has handled some of the other things going on in the world.
Back on topic now..... If two men/women want to be together forever in holy matrimony why not let them.. If DYFUS (not that they have to much clout after recent occurances) thinks that they can have a child, or they find a woman to carry a child for them, they obviously are seen as reponsible enough to care for another human being. So let them be, they are people just like the strait people in the world......
