Out of the game for a while

hey, i quit d2 for a while and i was just wondering what kinds of sorcs were good pvm.. not really lookin to mf, just run around and kill things. ive been out since early 1.10, thanks

Lightsorcs if you want to farm Keys.. there are alot of fire and cold immunes in those areas.

But I'd go with fire, or Blizzard. Thats easiest way to mf for items.

If you wanna be able to do summoner and countess make a nova///frozen orb sorc, thats what i use and its fine, and I just trade my t-keys for d-keys. Sorcs are the best cause they tele so fricken fast... lol

Also if you get a good merc it helps so much!

I dont understand Wuts "farm keys" is...Im thinking its Doing runs for Terror,Hate, Destruction keys?

Yup, arcanes/countess/nith all have lots of cold/fire immunes

Nova//orb??? Uhh right. No. For keys youd get ****ed. I dont think that nova is nearly good enough to cope with nm countess. Unless you have alot of mana and can tank alot of hits. And dont mind wasting an extra 5 minutes every run. go with a lite sorc, not some nova bullshit. Not to put you down storm, but if that thing was any good, i think id have seen it already.

if anyone noticed they said they didnt want to mf just run around and kill stuff, blizzard is all good and fun but u do that vs some fetish guys and let me know how that holds up =) same thing with meteor, they will run right through it taking maybe 1 hit if lucky, i wood go with something like fireball/frozen orb/lightening, like that, and ya a good merc wood be a good idea

seriously blizzard sorcs ar ethe best for pvm (as a sorc class; of course there are hammers...)

nothing compares and yes, they are great key farmers too.... just get ur hands on infinity and ur good for key hunting =P
