Onlyers Tool Package !!!!Warning!!!!

I know this is my first post but i have been coming to this site for about two years now. I downloaded onlyers tool package a couple of months ago. Then the other night i had failed login attempts on my account. I ran Mcafee virus scanner on my comp and it found "PWCrack-Diablo" in the onlyer tool package zip file. I deleted it and then downloaded it again about 10 minutes ago and ran a virus check on it again and it found the exact same thing. Please correct me if this is normal but i highly doubt it is.

Hehe McKaffee is famous for that incase you didn't know. Chances arewhat its reading is teh hack in relation to D2. The programs that come with Onlyers aren't suposed to be ableto do the thinsg they do. I suggest running a different virus scan to see if you still getit as a result. I know my computer is virus clear. Which remind sme I need to run a fll virus scan.

Well can anyone else confirm that this is a fake reading? Its a hell of a name for a fake reading though. I mean come on, "PWCrack-Diablo" sounds very suss to me.

If it had a PW Stealer, it wouldn't have been in that stickied thread. But it does have that suspicious looking file...very odd..

But what if the file was clean when it was stickied and then its been changed at a later date. I'm not pointing fingers, i'm just covering every possible angle.

Just about every crack for many things comes up on virus scanners false positive for different viruses. It's all crap. Just trying to scare computer newbs who don't know better into not using "illegal" software cracks and the like.

But the nagain, if you were true, wouldnt have guests or members dling complained as well? but that is interesting.. the way the file is named..

I never got jacked but i did have failed login attempts on my acc's. But if it was a password stealer then they would prob not be failed attempts. Sorry if it looked like i was blamin this site.

Just a quick note about the PWCrack-Diablo detection by Mcafee. Mcafee should be flagging it as a "malware tool" meaning that it is not an "infection" it is in their list of "potentially unwanted applications. So you should have nothing to worry about.

the way i see it, if onlyers package contained a trojan/virus, instead of getting failed log on attempt warnings, you just wouldnt have an account.

Failed logons means someone you know or someone you've encountered tried to log onto your account. Someone prolly offered you a free account in the past couple weeks right? that scam is old "I'm giving free account, what pass do you want" and about 1 out of 10 people will actually give your thier real password so they don't have to change it. Or maybe one of your real life friends watched as you typed in your password and thought they saw what you typed but couldn't guess it right.

@Wing Zero. If you actually bothered reading my post i said i d/l it a couple of months ago. Dont know if you noticed but a couple of months ago we were on 1.10. The only reason i re-downloaded it was to re-scan it.

@Fattxp. I know that scam. Hehe, used it myself. I no i have not posted much but i have been around for a while. I know alot of the old scams and that all the hack files posted on diablo2 in the game are trojaned or key-logged. The only two places i have ever downloaded from is here and from blizzhackers. Although i have not downloaded anything from there since it became edgeofnowhere. So you can see why it worried me a bit.

The only scam that got me was when i 1st started playing just a little over 3 years ago when i played classic. Someone asked me to "dupe" with him. Turns out i got body popped. But i did not mind, you live and learn. I got my revenge, did it to every tom, dick and harry. After that i thought that, if it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true.
