Online template help

im wondering if anyone could make me a simple template like the one i attached

that site wuld make me pay for it

all i need is 4 buttons saying:

FAQ
View My Other Sales
View MY Feedback
Contact Me

then on top maybe: Jman88L Inc. Copyright © 2004

I would allow you to make your tag or banner on it if you would make it for me.. im making ebay sales and i want them to look advanced. I have dreamweaver i just cant get a template to work. if i had a source i would be able to link stuff and add to the description

Im not so sure i can make a template, as i myself am no good. but www.clantemplates.com has some templates, if you look in the default section witch isnt gameing banners, you may find something you like.
