One more blizz question

if u max out blizz first does it do more damage than if you max ice bolt first? just wanna know cuz i heard that it does from a friend

No,if you are lvling and adding pts as you go put them into the sys untill you can get blizz then max blizz.then the sys.dont forget cold mas because once it gets -100% it doubles the cold damage the monster recives
