ONE Moding question.

Hi, well, i have a question about mods:

I make the MOD, i make it perfectly and i play it en Single P¨layer and it works perfectly, but, how can i use it in Multiplayer Games??, i mean htat, the peep that it's playing with me can also use the mod

Anothe question: if a use the mod in a map, anytime that anybody play the map, the MOD will be incorporated into it??
