On striking?

Can someone tell me which skills "on striking" items can't be used for? i know sorcs don't get the bonus, but how about blessed hammers? or whirlwind?

Anything not melee based. suck as hammers, FoH, any sorc skill, skeles, ect.
Basic physical contact with a weapon on attack.

 

[Shadow-Hunter]

Works for allmost all Skills where you walk up to enemy And hit with a Weapon.... And it works for Bows too... Where you shoot enemy... Only thing is: It does not work For Whirlwind... I dont know why.. But stuff like that dont work when using WW..
