OMFG BUGGED CTA!!

Ok I have this bugged CTA! its ****ing crazy... Ok, when I look over this CTA it looks like Picture #1... But when u put it up on trade screen it looks like Picture #2! OMFG! WTF? Those 2 screen shots were taken by me and my other d2... Becuase am trying to trade it right? But when i put it up they keep saying its a 3 bo CTA... But i see it as a 5 bo CTA... Any 1 can tell me why this is? This is a serious ****ing bug...

barbs can only use 3/3/3 cta's.... the cta might really be higher but barbs cannot see it that way... say my sorc has a 6/6/6 cta and i gave 2 my barb... the barb would see 3/3/3 cuz bnet has a glitch that doesnt allow barbs 2 use ctas with stats higher than 3.... its gay as hell...

Anyway a barb is better off with a +3 to wc harpoons or somethin CTA 2x is just too expensive.
