As far as I know, SC West NL is the same. Cheapest EBotDZ/CBs go for 3-4hi. Sometimes even 2hi.

Last time I checked ebotd cb=4-5 hi runes and ebotdz=6-8 hi runes

well sojs = ist gul or gul mal and that can be easily 2 ists which is 4 ists aka hi runes so i guess they are about equal
