Well if you check out

C:\Program Files\Diablo II\save\Europe (Or what ever realm your on ) you will see files with names of the Charaters you have been on ... have a look at them might help u remember your account name

open up a bnet log file(saved in ur d2 folder as the date)
remember the last day you were on them, find their name in the logg, should have their account name next to it
