2. If an IP changes drastically it might constitute a banning of a CD key.

He's right two people simously log on to an account with the same key it's disabled. They don't do ip thing because of peoples ip's that change.

You can only download the game ONCE per key and no one is going to send you a 1 gig file over AIM.

Once u have the beta downloaded from bittorrent all u need is the cd key to get it working. I know this because my friend has done it.
