Occy Ring Question

I here they're the best for pindles. I'm about to get 2 for my sorc. Just leg me confirm. They are the same stats as the occulus only on a ring.

Another question. If they are all dupes it would not be a good idea to get into a game other then a privite game with them otherwise they could dissapear if some one else was wearing them.

2. i never lost any items in any game or open game, but i think that i have at least traded a few dupes, like soj or stuff, and they didnt go away...
