Orc changes Patch 1.15

Orc
- Disenchant range increased to 650 from 500, and mana cost reduced to 100 from 125.
- Feral Spirit cooldown increased from 25 to 30.
- Troll Batrider's Unstable Concoction has changed such that the Batrider increases speed dramatically when it gets within a short range of its target.
- Demolisher damage reduced to 1d18 + 71 from 1d19 + 75.
- Troll Headhunter build time reduced to 20 seconds from 22 seconds.
- Spirit Walker build time reduced to 38 from 42.



good or bad?????

I think its bad....
I mean, batriders and spirit walkers are the only units in orc i hardly never use. And those units was buffed.

Not big change though.

I suggest you start using those units. They are both very important units even now.

Yes, I think that that change alone will make orc HH's a lot more viable.

Don't you love orcs? but you know what they should do? they should make batriders have more hit points and cost like 75 gold....cuz all we doing is killing them and just damaging 1 hippo ...and sometimes not even killing them....and they die so fast in heavy air....

Damaging one hippo?!?! dude they do splash damage, can damage a lot of units.

And if they'd cost 75 gold, air would be useless against orcs.

splah damage huh?......o.k.....one batrifer flying into a bunch of hippos and hippos only attack air...would they..1) just look at the batrider....2) attack ground units....or 3) eliminte the batrider.....? i say 3

They would try to attack the batrider, but they can't kill it.

They won't kill it, trust me. Melee air won't TOUCH the batrider before it explodes.

Overall, I like this patch. Blizzard is giving Orc more of an anti-caster type unit because of the Spirit Walker's disenchant. It was already the largest ranged dispel, and now it's even bigger. What did people complain about with Spirit Walkers though? None other than the mana cost of disenchant. I'm now a fan of the spirit walker, because as it is, they're excellent units (without upgrades).

Their build time has only been reduced by 2 sec. Does that much time make a big difference? i dont think so.

2 seconds can make or break a game. 1 HH, 2 seconds less. 2 HH, 4 seconds less. 6 HH, 12 seconds less.

Rebuilding time is key. Mostly helps the HH/Hunt/Potm strat in 2s.
