Batriders overpowerd?

I just took out an entire wyrven army of like 15 with 5 bat riders and 10 head hunters, and I think 1 lvl 2 chain lightning. Do you guys think batriders do to much damage for such a cheap unit?

Well it's orc's only main anti air-air. It's fairly cheap though because they do a lot of suicide damage/splash also the fact that you cant repair buildings when they hit. Tuff choice, but I say they ARE overpowered. They should be like 200 gold >:E or around something like that

id say no, since you took out ORC air army which is pretty weak hpwise..but if you took out say a human air army with the same amount, then it might be a tad overpowered..

They were overpowered a few patches ago when they did 900 damage on going kamikaze. the batrider is a touchy subject, as orc generaly have garbage anti-air, however the batrider only counters light air, not heavy. Heavy air usualy can take 3-5 batriders.

As for their actual attack on buildigns, they are overpwoered. especialy liquid fire's effect. U cant repair, buildings take burn damage and attacks are reduced. IT is insane coming out of such a cheap unit that can be massed like there is no tommorrow

I think they shouldnt do as much damage on buildings. I hate it when they do that in tournaments and tie the game.

heh that heppend to me today,he was orc,i was NE vs orc i saw he was fast teching so i decided to tech into mass bears(thought he was guntapulting) but he came outa nowhere like like 12 batriders and owned my base in less then 3 mins.. i was pissed

Bat riders not that cheap, ya so liquid fire makes it so buildings attack 80% slower and take burn d and cant be repaired. but look at all the other races air units. wyrms-frost breath making it so buildings cant attack and production is stoped. humans have anoying dragonriders which have cloud, prevents towers from attacking and ne have chimera which has seige attack. plus bat riders only do like 16-18 damage even though it seige. they were cheap though when they did 900 d and like 100 splash. and bat riders dont have much health so they easily killed compared to others. ne way they need to give orc at least 1 good air unit even though it has sucky d and explodes lol.

batriders arent overpowered you just suc ky(no offence) but bats wyverns are overpowered by far

5 Bat Riders and 10 headhunters SHOULD beat Wyverns. Both anti-air based units, so why would you expect them to lose? I doubt the 5 Bat Riders killed all of the Wyverns on their own.

Bat Riders are by far not overpowered. They are forced to suicide to be useful, and when hitting a base can fall pretty quickly to towers, despite liquid fire.

They cost nothing and take no time to come out. In a group the towers do nothing.

They don't do much damage from their attacks and cost 160 gold, 40-60 lumber (not exactly sure on the lumber.) They take some time to come out (more then HH for sure) and the only reason you see them in a harass is because of their speed and Liquid Fire. If you're going to complain about their harassing it's because Liquid Fire itself is a bit imbalanced, not the batrider itself.

Bat riders are used really well in FFA games. cause alot of people have several expansions, u can fly to one, and if they tp u fly to another one, or u take it out if they dont tp. they also cant heal.

Batriders are one annoying unit, and the nerf they got won't fix that
