Npc question

Ok, Ive seen before Akara and Charsi holding runes, and them moved and other npcs move around the map. How is this done? I dont really care for the npc's moved, I just want to know about the runes.

Use to be a hack called NPC Follow, allowed you to choose any NPC and have it follow you around the map, as for the runes, it was probably just from someone selling them. Course this all depends on if it was a closed or open server.

Sorry a late post, This was Closed bnet Akara would be out side of town blood moor, And she would be other places in diffrent games or in same spot as always, She would hold runes and you could buy them from her multiple times.
