Norton antivirus problem

I can do a liveupdate, it wont connect to internet, even thought my internet connection is fine (or wut i know of)

anyway to fix this of find out if my internet connection is okay tell me thanks

You can dl the updates off there site.

Possibly a port setting, or firewall denying connection?
