[glow=red]This is only for americans. I am wandering are you more loyal to south, north or the country as a whole. I read few books about your civil war, just wanna see how it is today, is there still any tension?[/glow]
[glow=red]No, why?thebastardsword said:im actually for the south even though im raised with northern ideals. the confederacy had a very good reason for wanted to split off, keep slavery...but hey, in under 100 years, slavery wouldnt even be needed. And hey, free people do tend to debate things like slavery. and a confederate republic would eventually debate slavery and IMO abolish it. its fun reading up on confederate ideals, you should check it out sometime.
EDIT:
isnt you making a thread here an oxymoron or something like that otmo?
thebastardsword said:im not saying i feel strongly for kkk at all. infact, most southern folk i know hate them. I like the south especially for their stands on religion, but not limited to that at all
i agree on that one; i live in texas as well. Its like road rage for my parents when they go threw the major cities which is the reason why i like to take the back roads to get to places :danceDrAgoKiS said:I'm a Texan, born and raised, so i'm for the south, not as in the condeferacy, but just for itz "way of life", not country, or redneck, just that itz more .... relaxed, and as far as my loyalty lies, itz for the Country as a whole, then Texas, Then the South. He He He.
As Nuts said, south tends to be more hospitible than north. but.... in Houston,Tx. :: We Are Not Friendly On The Road :: especially during rush hours lol, we may be friends with ya before we get in the car, but after that itz ON, hahaha
Since you prolly dont know this, Texas is the only state that can still break away from the U.S. because it was itz own country before it joined, and also cuz it was apart of the treaty to have texas re-initiated(spell'n) after the civil war
as yal can tell, i'm a history nut lol ~ L8erz ~
