No mac files?

This really really sucks! I have searched, surfed, read, researched and then surfed some more, how ever I have not found a single Mod, Bot, Trainer, Editor or file, for a macintosh computer. It seem's that I am the only Imac user (not by choice) pc broke down, using wife's computer arg! If somone would point me to a site where I might find something for Mac
