No CD, now what?

Okay I have two computers and and my brother was playing Diablo with me on the other computer but my dad took the other computer on a work trip and the Diablo 2 LOD Cd was in it. I want to play Diablo now but I don't have the CD. I have searched and looked on these forums but the only things I see is where you have to have the CD to copy some files or whatever. Is there a way I can play Diablo without the CD? Btw it is Diablo 2 LoD.
