No CD Loader?

My D2 CD is scratched beyond belief, to the point where I have lots of slowdown/pauses while playing. Because of this, I'm willing to use a No CD Loader in order to play, even if it has a risk of getting me banned. (Not too sure if it does, but I don't see why it should...) can anyone point me in the direction of obtaining such a utility?

Theres like no less than 4 threads dedicated to this dude, and at least two of them are how to run d2 without a cd without a loader....
