NGB needs help :(

well I installed my roc and tft sucessfully on a new comp but every time i go to play it it says to verify that the cd is in the drive and ofcourse it is. this cuase i cant even access single player let alone b.net cuase it won recognized either of my cd's though ive repeatedly put them in the drive and even tried reinstalls
