Of course, because you've earned some respect, mine at least.

I don't know about me, nobody really seems to have much of an opinion of me and I'm not making some gay ass thread.

i dont think anyone with anything under like 1000 posts should post a thread when they leave, unless their someone important and know their important...

some people just want to see what people say to them leaving...
i think its an attention thing

PLEASE don't post such ignorance again. 75% of people have below 1000 posts. Those are the people who make bf. And you are sayingif you have more then 1000 posts, you are automatically important.

no, thats not what im saying...

most people with 1000 posts are the most active, which ususally means that they have been here longer and have probabaly put more input than peop[le with 200 posts...

i didnt mean that to sound like people with less than 1000 posts arnt important, didnt you see me add the "someone who is imortant and knows their important"

i mean, if you are important, and you know you are, and you have like 300 posts, and your leavin, yea, say goodbye and what not....but we were talking about people with 100 posts who nobody has ever heard of posting goodbye's...

yup... i am close to 1000 and have done nothing of notice. People get big by making funny and interesting threads like VC or have a knowledge of the forums and become mods.... or just spam alot and get attention.

I thought that said firewall threads
anyways on with my thoughts about farewell threads I think only people who have been around for 1 whole year should be able to make a farewell thread cause most people who make them sonner or later come back

Be reasonable. If you constantly post at battleforums for more than 3-4 months than you can use a good-bye thread. But until then you don't really need it.
