sure i know you will come here thinking i will rant and rave about how newbies ruin the hole game, but i am not. i Think that newbies are all part of the game, deal with it. How many ppl here are experts? how many loses do you have? well each of those ppl will think of you as a newbie, yet you think your not and you need to disregard the ppl even lower thn you.just because ppl may suck they arn't newbies, they just donnt have the brain power, theres a fine line between newbie and loseer, and semi-loser. dont go getting made because you lost because of you so called newbie team mate. because you lost and your partner didn't use teamwork, who cares, live your life and don't get mad at the newbies of warcraft 3. But i dont disregard the SC:BW nebies, because at this time periodn no one should be a newbie, just extremely bad players.

I have brain power and i'm a newbie. I think your reasoning of "why newbies are newbies" is seriously flawed. If I applied myself to the game the way other people did, then i'd be a much better player, but I don't. Even those things that placebo said to do in the other thread (things that save seconds) I probably won't end up doing, cause it's too stressful to play a game for an hour and always be doing something. That's just me though... i'm one of those guys who likes to "build his base up" and when I see it get destryoed, it pisses me off. That's why I liked sim city so much I'm gonna go play some single player now. w00t!

No newbie here... just a bad ass player. I suck at the game, no matter what I do, I always seem to lose. I Upgrade everything that I can and I find out that it's not good enough.

By the way, I've lost enough times to determine that there is no such thing as a newbie team mate. Just a team mate who is:

A. - Not willing to work with you

B. - Not in full understanding of the race they are using.



I Think that Option B applies to most of us, so that accompanied with option A.... you get people like me... pathetic losers.

when u start playing a game it normal to be a newbie.....everybody already been a n00b...and i dunt have probleme with n00b cause all my friends r newbie so i help them get better
and newbie dont ruin the game cause with the time and pratrice they will become good and that mean new challenges for old and good ppl

I admin, I get furious when I lose a game because of a bad partner, but afterwards I recognize that I was a newbie to the strategy genre (sp?) at one time. Starcraft prepared me well for wc, so right as I started playing, I was good. I consider myself a newbie to all races but humans, because I haven't organized an efficient and dominant build order with them. I can tell when a newbie tries, and when they do I help them out as much as I can. I'm reluctant to play with them, until I see them improving more and more right before my eyes. It's a great feeling... newbies rule!
