You know the terrain pallette? You pick the terrain you want to put down, and place it. You can't change the color of a particular terrain, but you can choose a different one from the pallette. If you don't like your choices of terrain, use a different tileset altogether.

I know terrain palette. I have worked out my map but I thought that is the chance to make your own terrain square! As I understand I am forced to use square from palette only :(

Thank you for message,

My suggestion would be, if you want best results, make a test map of any size you choose [I use 128 x 128 just because it's the default size and I'm that lazy] and, using StarForge, place 8 x 8 squares of each individual tile in the tileset until you run out of room. Do not fill up the whole map, because it has happened to me before that if you fill up the map like that it crashes StarCraft.

Note to Heimdal:
I don't know if this was a fluke or what, but I'm pretty sure it didn't have to do with StarForge. If you know anything about this, though, then it would be nice if you could be so nice as to explain why this happens? Thanks.

It was probably something else you did with the map. If you still have it around, post it and maybe I can find out what it was.
