Newb/cheap bowzon build plz?

im not a newb, but i havnt played since it switched into 1.11, and so i am going to be starting out with no items, and dont have any friends, so not gonna be able to relie on others for stuff
ill always wanted to make a bowzon, and i never really did (started too, but then stripped for other char ) so if anyone has a quick cheap build/guide i could get for a bowzon, much appreciation is to be had for that person

str: 88 for mav's gloves (set bonus will help the addtional str requirements...
dex: rest
vita: none or 50~100 (personal preference, i'd go for now)
energy: none

skill
20 strafe
20 cold arrow
20 freezing arrow
12 valk (to get slvl 17)
1 dodge
1 avoid
1 evade
6 pre reqs

helm: mav with 40/15ias or at least 15ias
armor: mav with 40/15ias or at least 15ias
belt: mav
gloves: mav
bow: mav
boots: wartravs
ring1: ravenfrost
ring2: dual leech
ammy: highlord's
switch: cta/+1 (dont bother stacking points in strength for a spirit monarch)
anni/torch/fine(320), frw, life charms
(i personally dont like psn charms, but it's your zon so i wont say "no psn charms")

yeah, i dont like to duel, i dont like losing money in stuff, and i know that i get extremelyyyyyyyyyyy frustrated/angry when i lose at anything, so i try to just avoid it
so it's probably just gonna be a pvm build, if i get zon strong enuf gonna try to mf, heh, we'll see how well that goes
i think im gonna go with the skills that are in the bowzon strat guide, but thanks for the stat/item suggestion (ive never had an anni in like 7+ years of playing, so that and the torch part...probably nto gonna happen unless i get some realllllly nice friends)
