Foreign countries always have weird... skits which is why it's so funny to us. It might be morally wrong to some, but I honestly see nothing wrong with people who are physically handicapped singing. It looks like they are enjoying themselves, and I don't think they really care about it. They probably wanted some attention. Pretty nice effects though.

Since they are crippled, so you shouldn't laugh. You're right which is why I think it's okay to laugh. Some stifflers are uptight and think you shouldn't laugh though. ~_^
