New spell question!

I'm looking for a way 2 make a spell that slows down all the units around you, like cripple, but with an AOE. Anywun know how i can do that?

Perhaps modify Frost Nova (for selected Area of Effect) or Thunder Clap (for units around yourself).*

Kinda like an aura of slow right?
if you wanted that just make like say and endurance aura that targets enimes and put negitive numbers in for the speeds

Or you could rip the passive ability of the tornado's slow aura and turn that into a skill.

Its that simple. Find this somewhere in the neutral abilities.
