Blizz said they'd release 23 new rune words. Were they released somewhere and does anybody know any of the new ones?

Magic Damage reduced by 17
+2 to mana after each kill
+1 to light radius
Repairs 1 durability in 4 seconds


Splendor
(Eth-Lum) 2 socket shield only
+1 to all Skills
+10% faster cast rate
+20% faster block rate
+(60-105)% enhanced defense (varies)
+10 to energy
Regenerate Mana 15%
+50% gold from monsters
+20% chance of finding magic items
+3 to light radius


Wind
(Sur-El) 2 socket melee weapon only
10% Chance To Cast Level 9 Tornado On Striking
+20% Faster Run/Walk
+40% Increased Attack Speed
+15% Faster Hit Recovery
+120-160% Enhanced Damage (varies)
-50% Target Defense
+53 To Attack Rating

no, they are not released yet

i posted the ones i know(gotta love copy paste) and yes,they are 4 of the 23 runewords in season 2

Those are old and we're released by blizzard last season....if you learn to read the arreat summit it will tell you there are 23 new ones

well on bh there was a huge list on possable runewords from some file in the folder but they arnt 100% sure if they work , want me to post them?
