some new pictures, well, not really new, but i just now got them on the computer, anyways:

this is a picture of raph, grown up, and my version of him, gave him a bit more of a ninja-ish feeling, along with some battlescars (how can you be a ninja turtle, get into tons of fights w/ weapons, and not have scars?)

this picture if pretty old, when i lived at dads back last year i was watching grimlens2 and got the idea to draw him, didnt have my pad with me so i drew him on a piece of notebook paper, never finished :S maybe one day...

and finally, a group picture of my heros.

Hooray for the Ninja Turtles! Those are pretty good, particularly the last one. They look pretty authentic and close to what the show looks like. Pretty good, pretty good!

not bad, the first one, he looks to builked up, leaving him with a non agile look.
the gremlinn is very good, i think you should finish him.
the last one is pretty good too.

Turtles do NOT eat pizza and are NOT breed by a giant rat and do NOT beat up mega-meanie enemies with their sticking sticks.

Other than that, nice work :grunt.

Theres a lot wrong with the first one. All the proportions are aweful. The Sai is too large, the arms are too large, and the hands are too large. Other two are good I suppose.

whos to say what a mutant turtle would grow to look like? i purposely made his body so...akward. i wanted to make him as much my own as i could.

u say the arms are too big, look at the thing (fantastic four) his hands are bigger than his head. and i like dgiving him a giant sai

o, and i wasnt trying to get them to look like the archi style that everyones used to, i was trying to make them my own but still have the classic feel.

ok, i dont know if its because you dont even have a 3 didgit postcount or what, but i took offense from that statement.

if you dont like it, im all for critisism, but at least share your reasons, what you dont like, what should be improved, dont just say "you ****ing suck" and walk away.


btw, dont know if u realize this, but theres 3 pictures there. not 2

ya but hes not supposed to flip and jump, and you know...be a ninja. The Ninja Turtle must have agility and athletic abilities to be called ninja. He look like he cant even jump off the ground. That just my opinion. Like i said, the other two are great!:grunt

hey, maybe after raph grew up he isolated himself and became a body builder, maybe he gave up the ninja thing, WHO KNOWS! ^^;

honostly i based what i drew him as on a fancomic called Mutant Ninja Turtles: Gaiden, its focused on the after-teen years for the tmnt, splinter is dead, leo has left and no one knows where hes at, don mikey and raph all seperated and did there ownt hing.

i figured raph would be a bulky one who would isolate himself and workout, feeding off the hatred he has for everything, i could keep going on but i dont wanna bore you guys ^^ anyways, thats what i wanted to draw him as, so i did thanks for the comments though jake
