New mephisto?

When did they add so mephisto can cast blizzard, and teleport?
blizzard sucks, kills me in 1 blizzard and have 800 hp including mana shield with 5 cold res.

I know council members might cast teleport... but no one can cast blizzard in there, or cna they?!?!

lol, yes, some other monsters in there can cast blizz, i would go there to get their names, but i gotta go help my dad move his big screen tv =/ I wish i had a big screen tv, lol.

Erm. I'm not sure about that. I think Bloof Lords cast firewall, fireball, and meteor. It could have been another player there too, though. A sorceress Teleports and casts Blizzard.

NO im really sure, i havent seen it many time and i only so meph teleport once and that was not lagg im sure, and no other unit will do so much dmg that that blizzard did if it not was mephisto.
I think the may have added it when they did that new filter for boting, then it was first time he did that.

I'm positive meph can cast blizzard. I've been in games where there are no monsters around, and suddenly blizzard hits me with 700 life and 70 cold resist and I nearly die after one hit. I'm not sure about teleport, though.

yes i have seen meph use bliz b4 also. It hurts..... alot.

Teleport is rare that he use cuz i like only see him do it 1 or 2 times of very many runs.

blood lord cant cast blizzard ...

both happened to me, whether it was a glitch or meph being a sneaky bastard, it happens. Course when ur doin a run with a hammerdin with a 90 cold resist and 1.5k life (pre BO) little things like blizzard ...ya dont tend to notice (hehe sorry hadta brag cuz i was perfectly safe throughout the blizzard ^_^)

no they are not in travincal, my pally pwnzorz them too, they are in one of the towers where you get the book to get your stat points.

as for ur question... yes meph catss blizz it has been liek this since the start of 1.10 patch ... and no meph can no teleport u probably lagged

Mephisto can cast blizzard, although he doesn't use it much, and his Teleport is more of a chance thing, like on items (chance to cast yadaa yadaa) more than an actual skill...It's like .5% I believe...It's over on bnets boards somewhere in the lost archives
