The Idea came up a while ago.

You have all buildings (meaning you can make any unit you want).

2 Becaons. One named "Ground", another named "Air".

You put a Ground unit on the Ground Beacon, and an Air Unit on the Air Beacon and they will fuse together. Fusing = They will become one unit, meaning the ground unit is still yours, the air unit turns into a CPU that auto-tracks the location on your ground unit. You can battle for upgrades or minerals to build better units.

Only problem I am thinking that will happen is: how can I get the location that WAS tracking a unit (that recently died) to go back and "pick up" another newly fused unit?

Yep, in several ways too. One used the method of a location following an observer that had a lurker killed at that location to make the 'Graboid' in the Tremors movies. I think I still have the map on my old PC... Its a bitch to burn it to a disc on a COMPAQ then put in on this thing then put in in the right folder then upload it. Oh well... I have nothing better to do!

Well... here it is... Its a blast to play 4on2 (4 idiots 2 worms) play it with your friends! It has a replay value of 3/5 to 5/5, depending on what kind of UMS maps you like...

Note to admins, CHANGE THE ATTACHMENT LIMIT! :p :D

That's not what I'm talking about, per say. The same principal is there, though. You would choose both units, and you would control one of them (the ground unit) Having an observer moving around...is...well...lame. This would be pretty much a 2v2 battle every time a fusion meets. And I think *lost thought*.

LOL well, will you use hyper triggers to 'teleport' the air unit ontop of the ground unit?? if you do then it will cuase the ground unit to [glow=silver]run slower[/glow] unfortunatly... and THIS can NOT be FIXED

That sounds interesting Kao. I'd like to see it if you ever get done. Fusing units..... very creepy with the minds we have here on the SC Board. :sly

When I move, I won't be online for a day, so I *might* get more work on it done. I have the layout of the buildings / fuse areas, and I'll be working on terrain first (after I rename everything!)
