============================================================
Maphack:
The maphack now protects you from the Independant CC used in
some antihack UMS maps. You can toggle the maphack by pressing
Insert or using the /maphack command.
---------------
Ally Alert:
Ally Alert notifies you when someone has allied or unallied
with you. It will automatically unally and unvision someone
who unallies you if you are allied to them. You can enable/disable
these alerts by using the /allyalert command. Default is on.
---------------
StatHack:
The first page displays the minerals, gas, and supply values for each
player. Some times you may notice the supply values going above 200.
There are two reasons why this may happen. Firstly if the player has
gotten a second race the stat hack will simply add the supply values
together instead of separating them into two counts. I made it this way
to save screen space. The second instance you may notice the count
going over 200 is because starcraft keeps counting your max supply
when you continue to build depots/pylons/overlords after you have 200.
The second page displays average minerals per second, average gas
per second, and total unit counts. The averages are done by taking
the total amount gathered/mined and dividing that by the amount of
seconds elapsed in the game. This is not the best way to get averages...
But I tried several methods and this seemed to work best for me. It
doesn't work too well for gas but you gotta remember that the purpose
of this function is to determine who is producing more resources.
The total unit counts is a total count of all units and buildings except
CommandCenters/Nexus/Hatcheries.
The third page displays players' alliances to you. Red for unallied.
Yellow for allied. Green for allied with allied victory.
The fourth page displays player names and their pings. Pings are a good
way to measure net latency. It can help you determine which player is
causing a game to lag. You should note that the ping value of a player
will not always be a good way to measure lag. A player may have a
relatively low ping yet his connection my be very choppy.
You can toggle the stathack pages by pressing F12 or by using the
/stathack command.
It took me quite a while to make this hack. I hope you like it.
---------------
In Game Timer:
This is a simple timer at the top of the screen to measure the game length.
I had some trouble but I managed to get this timer as accurate as possible.
You might notice that it counts the seconds oddly. It does count accurately
but starcraft updates the screen at odd intervals so it appears that the
seconds count oddly. You also may notice that it's about 5-8 seconds shy of
the elapsed time you see at the end of the game. This is because that timer
begins when the countdown starts before the game whereas my counter starts
once the game actually begins. You can disable or enable this timer by using
the /timer command. Default is on.
---------------
Stack Hack with Creep hack:
The stack hack basically unshares vision with yourself. While unvisioned
you can stack buildings on top of each other. The creep hack enhancement
allows you to build off of the creep with zerg while unvisioned. It also
allows you to build on top of creep if you aren't zerg. You can also land
terran buildings on water, space, cliffs, doodads, or just about anything.
---------------
Stack Hack detection:
You will be alerted when a player unshares vision with himself. This is good
to know so that you can be aware of any cannon stacks or if a player is
trying to do the nydus trick on you. You can enable/disable these alerts by
using the /stackalert command. Default is on.
---------------
Stay Alive:
This will allow you to stay in a game after you have been eliminated. IMO
this is a feature that should have been included in the game to begin with.
When the box pops up telling you that you have been eliminated just click
OK and you won't be booted from the game.
---------------
Crash hack protection / detection:
This will protect you from the crash hack that has been circulated recently.
When someone tries to crash you you'll receive an alert telling that a
crash attempt has been detected. The crash symbol will be filtered and will
show up on your screen as a Ç symbol so you can know who has tried to crash you.
---------------
Unit Alerts:
You will receive alerts when a player has certain units. The units that you
will be alerted about are Dark Templars, Reavers, Carriers, Arbiters, Guardians,
Lurkers, Battle Cruisers, and Nuclear Missiles. These alerts can be turned on
or off by using the /unitalert command. Default is on.
---------------
SCV Repair hack:
This hack allows SCVs to repair non-mech units like marines, firebats, ghosts,
etc. You would be unable to repair units like hydralisks however unless you
owned that unit. This hack is mostly useless because of medics but some people
seem to thing it's super one three three seven so I decided to throw it in.
And in the unlikely event that anyone is actually reading this file I'll tell
you another worthless function of this hack of which until now I have
kept secret. If you tell a scv to repair a larva, that larva will become detached
from the hatchery and it will aimlessly roam around the creep. The hatchery will
then produce another larva to replace it. By repeating this you can make massive
amounts of larvae from one hatchery. This exploit is mostly useless since it
generally takes two people and is a waste of game time. But it could be fun
to freak people out.
---------------
Chat Colors:
These chat colors only work in the lobby or in a game. If you want to use colors
in the channels get Indulgence's color hack. Type the following codes into your
text to add colors. If you use grey no other colors will show up after it.
#R - red text
#G - green text
#Y - yellow text
#E - grey text
#W - white text
============================================================
Known Problems / Bugs:
The stathack will only display a maximum of 7 players at one time. This is because
I used the first line for the icons and the leaderboard is only allocated so much
screen space. I tried increasing the space used by the leaderboard but it had
undesireable effects followed by a nasty crash. Eight player games are pretty rare
anyway.
The maphack will continue to display tank turrets when they have been picked up
by dropships until the tanks are unloaded from the dropship. Tank turrets will also
be displayed while a tank is being constructed. This bug can be fixed and I might
do so some time if I ever get around to it. I just need to find the UnitID code
for the turret.
The stathack and game timer are programmed to be disabled in UMS games. This is
to prevent a disconnect from happening when maps use these functions.
